Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BitCloud Farm: Virtual Mining (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. About the App — Simulation Only
The App is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining and does not allow you to earn or withdraw real cryptocurrency or money. Any rewards, coins, points, or in-app currency shown in the App have no real-world value.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your compatible device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. User Accounts
Some features may allow you to create an account or profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App to commit fraud or illegal acts
Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers
Attempt to impersonate others or falsify information
6. Intellectual Property

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Specifically, we make no warranties that the App will generate any real earnings, cryptocurrency, or that it will be error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BitCloud Farm, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. If you live in a jurisdiction where local consumer protection laws apply, those laws may override certain limitations in these Terms.
